If you are one of those families, we would love to meet you and welcome you into our institution—into our CBS Family. For this reason, the preliminary interview is an essential step in our process.
Step 1: Initial Enquiry
The first contact is usually made by telephone, email, or via the website form. If places are available, an introductory interview is arranged with the Headteacher or Deputy Head.
Step 2: Personal Interview & Visit
This interview allows us to meet the family personally, show them around the school, answer any questions, and explain the educational project, values, and daily life at CBS in detail.
Step 3: Pupil Documentation
Once the family’s wish to join CBS is confirmed, the necessary pupil documentation is requested, and previous academic reports are reviewed.
Step 4: Assessment Tests (if applicable)
For pupils from Year 2 onwards, English and Mathematics assessments are carried out to ensure appropriate placement and to understand their current academic level.
Step 5: Confirmation & Enrolment
Once the process is complete and admission is granted, enrolment is formalised and the pupil joins the CBS family. Welcome!
