Extracurricular Activities
More opportunities to learn, get active, discover new talents and have fun after school. Sport, dance, strategy and activities that help children continue growing beyond the classroom.
Find an activity they will love
Extracurricular activities give children new opportunities to learn by doing, share experiences and discover new interests. At CBS, we choose activities that support children's physical, cognitive, emotional and social development through enjoyment, respect and positive values.
Physical development
Coordination, balance, agility, motor skills and an active lifestyle.
Cognitive development
Concentration, decision-making, problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Social skills
Friendship, cooperation, communication and learning to work as a team.
Confidence & independence
New challenges that encourage perseverance, confidence and growing independence.
Five different ways to keep learning
Choose the activity that best matches their interests. Activities are open to both CBS pupils and children from other schools.
Football
Much more than learning how to control a ball. Football develops physical and technical skills while teaching children to cooperate, respect the rules, persevere and work towards shared goals.
Multisport
An opportunity to discover different sports without specialising too early. Through games and varied activities, children develop coordination, agility, motor skills and positive habits for an active lifestyle.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
A sport that combines movement, technique and self-control. Progressive learning helps children develop coordination, concentration, confidence, perseverance and respect for others.
Chess
Every game is an opportunity to think and learn. Chess develops concentration, planning, logical thinking and problem-solving skills, while encouraging patience, self-control and respect for an opponent.
Dance
Ballet, Sevillanas and castanets come together in an activity where children can enjoy movement and artistic expression while developing coordination, balance, rhythm, creativity and body awareness.
You don't have to be a CBS pupil to join us
Our extracurricular activities are open to both CBS pupils and children from other schools. It is an opportunity to meet new friends, enjoy our facilities and share new experiences beyond the school day.
Which one will become their favourite?
Each activity includes the direct contact details of the school or professional responsible, so families can request further information and arrange enrolment directly. For general guidance, you can also contact the CBS School Office.
And at the weekend… the adventure continues
Looking for something different beyond weekly extracurricular activities? CBS Outdoor Adventures offers themed mini camps throughout the school year, giving children the opportunity to enjoy new experiences surrounded by nature.
