    The “Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards” are presented annually by Cambridge to students who achieve the highest marks in the world, the highest marks in Spain, and outstanding results in specific subjects at IGCSE, AS, and A-Level. In recent years, pupils at CBS, The British School of Seville have been honoured with nineteen of these prestigious awards.

    CBS has been ranked number one in the world on six occasions among 10,000 educational centres across 160 countries. Furthermore, it has been ranked number one in Spain three times and has received ten “High Achievement” awards among the more than 80 centres that utilise the Cambridge International Examinations platform.

    This award highlights the promotion of professionals and companies striving to elevate the ‘Andalusia Brand’ and ‘Spain Brand’ to the highest level.     Alberto Flaño, President of the Avanza Foundation, believes in excellence as a service both to the community and to oneself. The foundation he presides over develops programmes for teachers and parents aimed at identifying children with high intellectual capacity. Therefore, we are immensely proud to have been awarded the Excellence-Driven Centre Certificate.

    An incentive has been received from the Andalusian Innovation and Development Agency (IDEA) of the Regional Government of Andalusia, in the amount of €4,075.00.
